Mr B Paul Muktieh has over 35 years of experience in development banking. He retired as the Chairman and Managing of North Eastern Development Finance Corporation(NEDFi)  on June 30, 2022 after a stint of 11 years in that position. He was also Chairman of NEDFi Venture Capital Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of NEDFi which is managing the North East Venture Fund – a Rs 100 crore venture fund dedicated for start-ups in the north eastern region. Prior to joining NEDFi, Mr Muktieh was the Chief General Manager of IDBI bank, and he was heading the Small and Medium Enterprises Division of the Bank. He had wide experience in diverse field of banking which include project financing, forex and trade finance, treasury operations and venture fund financing.
